Absolutely amazing service from the staff, they were very good too ensure our stay was very nice. The room was fine, with a amazing view and complimentary water and Chinese tea. The location was perfect, with easy access to local buses and a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to dislike about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect.

Arriving at the hotel after a long flight, I was greeted by two elegantly dressed ladies in traditional Cantonese attire and a refreshing lobby scent. The warm smiles and gentle bows set the tone for an really good stay. Opting for a harbor view room was a fantastic choice, as the fine Victoria Harbour and nightly laser light show left me in awe. Every aspect of the hotel service was perfect, from the housekeeping staff to the waiters and concierge.

Although the swimming pool was smaller than anticipated, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. The hotel made up for it by upgrading our room to the horizon club, where we indulged in complimentary cocktails, snacks, and fruit plates.

During my stay at Kowloon Shangri-La, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth and the staff, especially Vincent at reception, were pretty good too ensure my payment issues were resolved. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel, near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, was convenient and surrounded by convenience stores and coffee shops. I also appreciated the variety of choices available at breakfast. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We loved that there were plenty of local cafes and good restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of dining options. The room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the water and was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were always ready to assist us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes from different cultures and was absolutely delicious.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service was excellent, and the Spa & wellness centre was heavenly. My favourite was the indoor swimming pool - simply stunning! the sauna and steam room were very professionally executed, and the treatment room, oh my, very intimate and private! Although, I didn't try the restaurant, the bar/lounge area was cosy and intimate with lovely snacks and drinks.

The lobby and lobby bar lounge were comfortable and had a traditional style. The room size was great and we loved the decor. The bed was very comfortable, and we had an excellent-sized room. The staff were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Every request was handled promptly and effectively. The hotel was lovely and immaculate, with access to the waterfront promenade. It was also conveniently located near the subway and a short walk to the Star Ferry. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, providing insider advice and guidance. We splurged on a side water view room, which was huge and lovely.

The restaurant service could have been more attentive. the packed lunches and special diet menus were great, but there was sometimes a long wait for food, which was not ideal.

We had an very nice experience at the hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to the promenade right next to the harbor and conveniently close to the MTR station. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenience of having a Michelin starred Chinese restaurant on-site.

We found the perfect hotel in the prime shopping area with easy access to the Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station. The location is ideal for budget travellers like us who want to shop for international luxuries and local fine produce. The room was superb, with a clean bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of foods to choose from. Furthermore, the fantastic view of Victoria Harbour made our stay even more memorable.

We did experience some noise disturbance during our stay.
